Thank you for your purchase of the Goodnature A24 Trap. We pride ourselves in providing elite customer service and are sorry to hear that your experiences have not reflected those expectations.
Trapping isn't an exact science, rodents can be notoriously hard to catch. Before considering returning your trap, we suggest visiting the Support section of our site for tips about finding the right combination of bait, trap placement, and eliminating other food sources. While we understand your frustration, we stand by behind our device as to say it will trigger in all conditions, is certified humane, toxin-free and can withstand -15° to 45° C temperatures.
- Shipping is available within Canada.
- All orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after the order is received (please allow time for weekends and statutory holidays)
- The majority of our orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order

No-Hassle Return Process
We can’t guarantee your trap will be successful. Nonetheless, we do have a no-hassle, money back return policy within 30-Days of the reception date of your trap.
Please note that all returns must have been purchased from an authorized Goodnature retailer and must be verified. We will not accept returns from an unauthorized third-party seller. Similarly, this also applies for any manufacturer warranty replacements or parts and pieces for your trap. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any additional questions.
To get your return, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained from email@example.com beforehand and the product must be returned to Goodnature within 2-Weeks of your request for return.
Your account will be credited when the trap is received. Please note: We do not accept returns on consumables such as lure and CO2 canisters.
Please be informed that we cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, contact our customer service team for further instruction.

If 30-Days have gone by since you received your trap, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Additionally, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Your account will be credited when the trap is received. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Consumable goods such as opened lures and CO₂ canisters cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank if there is a long processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
